The WHO has declared the COVID-19 outbreak to be a pandemic. This crisis is not only affected by public health but also on other sectors of the world. The handling of increasing request for reliefs is very hard to manage during the crisis. The absence of the interactive platform between request and response is lead to the improper management between relief teams.  Additionally, volunteer and donors are facing the difficulty in the donation of ration, blood, equipment, and food packages to a nearby relief camp. The manual handling of the delivery in the red zone area is also risky. Therefore the single platform is highly required for the pandemic situation management.

The main objective of the research is to Design and develop Crisis Management System for Covid 19 Pandemic and other such calamities using different techniques like  Artificial intelligence, Machine learning, Geospatial technology, big dada analysis, with the smart algorithm. Another Research objective are to Geotagging and Creation of different layers, Zones, buffer, heat map, placemarks and road network. A similar type of work is done in our research lab that’s why we have commends on technology as well as the confidence to design and develop current Crisis Management System for COVID 19 Pandemic and other such calamities , which will helpful for  all levels of hierarchy like police, Revenue, public, farmers and all state holders in terms of Health , Transport, economical and supply chain.

The system includes features such as real-time tracking of relief vehicle, donation, ration sharing, emergency alert, zone creation, hotspot detection, routing, community participation, request queue management etc. The system will also manage the request, response, and feedback from end to end using the machine learning algorithm. Hence relief can be reached to the last person.  also system provide support to government agencies ,health services ,NGO and other government officers. Messaging system to end-user  ,motivation awareness creation can be done by providing broadcast link of different sites like yoga ,music etc to keep self happy and normal which will helps to peoples to relief from current disaster and give confidence to fight against such calamities
